I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff were genuinely welcoming and went out of their way to help, making me feel special during my stay. The clean beach club had a fantastic vibe, but the crowning disappointment was the noise from outside, especially in the mornings, which interrupted my relaxation. Additionally, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the management's approach to charges for amenities after checking out. Overall, there are some gems here, but there are definitely areas needing improvement.
