fantastic experience
great locationhelpful staffwell-equipped gym
i found the front desk staff to be super nice. i could leave my bags before check-in and use the facilities which i appreciated. the workout room exceeded my expectations and i found it very well equipped. the hotel's location near restaurants and the dock was very convenient.
the rooftop pool reservation system only had about ten sunbeds available, so i couldn't book one.

the staff members were friendly. they greeted us each time we entered the lobby. i also found them willing to assist with any requests i had promptly and effectively.

the rooftop pool area provided amazing views. the hotel app allowed easy check-in and room access. the breakfast buffet included varied options and champagne, so every morning was awesome.

Mixed feelings about the stay

The location was good. It was close to restaurants and the ferry.
The room lacked storage. There was only an open rack wardrobe with shelves too high or low to be useful. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and we often had to request items like towels and coffee that should have been restocked. The turndown service felt more like a restocking errand than a genuine service, i expected more consistency in amenities for a hotel of this rating.

We missed it! Standard rooms are REALLY small with limited closet space. This made it hard for two people with luggage. (Honestly, I expected a little more room.)

the room had a keypad entry system. i found the breakfast filling and plentiful. the staff were very friendly (i especially liked the service at the bar).
